Frontier Discipline Gym Membership
Membership is where competence is forged. Specialty courses are where competence is expanded.
Frontier Discipline Membership provides access to our regularly scheduled weekday training program, including combatives, historical martial arts, conditioning, sparring, and other recurring training activities.
We welcome participants of all fitness levels. Every student is expected to put forth honest effort and continually strive for improvement.
Classes begin with mobility, stretching, and conditioning before progressing into technical instruction, application, and sparring.
