Youth Fitness Programs
Strong Bodies. Capable Minds.
Lifelong Habits.
Our youth fitness programs use age-appropriate exercise, athletic development, and martial-arts-based training to build coordination, confidence, discipline, and physical capability. Classes are kept active, varied, and engaging so students enjoy training while learning how to listen, participate, and work with a coach. Each program meets children at their current level and prepares them for the next stage of development.
Fitness Buddies | Ages 3–5
A fun and active introduction to movement and structured instruction. Children develop balance, coordination, body awareness, and confidence through running, jumping, crawling, obstacle courses, and simple martial-arts-based activities. They also practice listening, following directions, participating in a group, and learning from a trusted adult outside the home.
Junior Fitness | Ages 6–9
An engaging foundation in fitness, athletics, and disciplined movement. Students practice agility, balance, coordination, basic calisthenics, and introductory martial arts skills through activities that keep them moving and interested. Classes develop healthy exercise habits, teamwork, confidence, and the ability to follow instruction and work through challenges.
Youth Fitness | Ages 10–12
Structured physical training for growing athletes. Students develop strength, endurance, speed, mobility, and practical athletic ability through bodyweight exercise, conditioning drills, and martial arts fundamentals. Training remains varied and enjoyable while placing greater emphasis on proper technique, personal responsibility, discipline, and steady improvement.
Teen Fitness | Ages 13–15
Purposeful training designed to build capable, confident young adults. Students improve functional strength, cardiovascular conditioning, athletic performance, and martial competence through progressive workouts and combat-sport-based drills. Training is challenging, engaging, and scalable, allowing beginners and experienced athletes to advance safely at their own level.
No previous athletic or martial arts experience is required.
